At Project All Together Now, we believe every young person deserves the chance to lead, grow, and be heard. Our mission is rooted in the belief that youth are not future leaders — we are leaders now.

Center Youth Voice: Youth shape our decisions, guide our programs, and lead the change we seek.
Celebrate Diversity: We uplift and affirm all youth — including LGBTQ+ youth, youth of color, youth with disabilities, immigrant and refugee youth, and youth from all income levels and family structures.
Empower Through Equity: We address barriers by providing mentorship, stipends, advocacy opportunities, and inclusive spaces for leadership.
Lead With Collaboration: We partner with schools, local organizations, and coalitions to amplify youth perspectives and strengthen community support systems.
Commit to Learning: We approach equity as an ongoing practice of reflection, accountability, and growth — led by the insight and feedback of young people themselves.
