Our Team
Meet our dedicated team members who are passionate about making a difference. Our team is made up of stipended youth interns who are students in the MMUUSD school district as well as adult support staff.

Abrum "Abe" Alexander (he/him)
Youth Intern
Abe joined ATN in April of 2024 with the goal of being part of something that would improve the mental health of those in his community. He recognizes the growing need for support, particularly among young people, and is especially passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding men seeking support. Abe is a senior in high school, and is passionate about dance, music, learning new languages, mental health, and traveling. He hopes to one day live around the world and work to address global issues.

Ella Lavoie (she/her)
Youth Intern
Ella joined ATN in 2024, mainly focusing on community outreach and communications. She joined because of her understanding that having a mental illness can be very isolating. She wanted to help people feel more open in talking about mental health and hoped this would create a more positive community—free from stigma. In her free time, Ella likes to run, hike, travel, learn new things, and spend time with family and friends.

Collin Keighley (he/him)
Youth Intern
Since 2024, Collin has been supporting ATN with Marketing and Design. He is passionate about this work, often making the promotional posters and other marketing tools used by ATN. He is an artist of over 10 years, and uses this experience to produce amazing designs and creative pieces of artwork.

Jada Dostal (she/her)
Youth Intern
Jada joined ATN in 2025, and since then, has been a powerful addition to the team. Jada joined due to her interest and understanding of why mental health matters. She has been an active member of the team, leading projects and advocating for the causes she cares about. She loves being outside!

Anya Muller (she/her)
Youth Intern
Anya joined ATN in 2025 with a goal of learning more about how to support her communities mental health needs. She also is an advocate for spreading awareness about mental health in schools. Anya is a senior in high school, and spends a lot of time dancing, skiing, and hanging out with friends. She is excited to join ATN!

Elise Cournoyer (she/her)
Youth Intern
Elise joined ATN in 2025 with the goal of normalizing conversations around mental health, so people feel less isolated and know they’re never alone. She believes in the power of small, everyday acts of support to create change. Outside of mental health advocacy, Elise is passionate about running, hiking, dance, writing, art, and spending lots of time outside! She hopes to become a writer when she grows up, and to travel to every continent!

Gabrielle (Gabbi) Berthiaume (she/they)
Youth Programs Coordinator
Gabbi joined ATN in 2025 as the Youth Programs Coordinator. She has a background in youth development and nonprofit work, dedicating her career to equity and advocacy. She is especially interested in promoting initiatives that emphasize youth voice and systems change. She brings to the table expertise in behind the scenes organization and facilitation. In her free time, Gabbi enjoys getting outside, traveling with her partner and spending time with her cats and dog.

Stefani Hartsfield (she/her)
Executive Director/Founder
Stefani is the founder and executive director of ATN. She created ATN in order to foster a stronger sense of community among local youth, understand that connection is one key way to prevent suicidality and isolation. “I believe that when each part of a community system works together, everyone benefits. Young people have the best ideas and want to be heard. All Together Now gives every person that chance to be seen and heard and to feel a sense of belonging by letting youth lead the way.” Stefani loves to travel and the color purple!
