Meet our dedicated team members who are passionate about making a difference. Our team is made up of stipended youth interns who are students in the MMUUSD school district as well as adult support staff.

Aila Halman (she/her)
Youth Intern
Aila joined ATN in 2026, Eager to learn more about supporting mental health needs in her community. She is passionate about raising awareness around mental health in schools and ending the stigma around mental health conversations. Aila is a sophomore in high school and loves to dance, rock climb, hike, and go on adventures outdoors. She is excited to join ATN and looks forward to making a difference in her community!

Elise Cournoyer (she/her)
Youth Intern
Elise joined ATN in 2025 with the goal of normalizing conversations around mental health, so people feel less isolated and know they’re never alone. She believes in the power of small, everyday acts of support to create change. Outside of mental health advocacy, Elise is passionate about running, hiking, dance, writing, art, and spending lots of time outside! She hopes to become a writer when she grows up, and to travel to every continent!

Gabrielle (Gabbi) Berthiaume (she/they)
Youth Programs Coordinator
Gabbi joined ATN in 2025 as the Youth Programs Coordinator. She has a background in youth development and nonprofit work, dedicating her career to equity and advocacy. She is especially interested in promoting initiatives that emphasize youth voice and systems change. She brings to the table expertise in behind the scenes organization and facilitation. In her free time, Gabbi enjoys getting outside, traveling with her partner and spending time with her cats and dog.

Stefani Hartsfield (she/her)
Executive Director/Founder
Stefani is the founder and executive director of ATN. She created ATN in order to foster a stronger sense of community among local youth, understand that connection is one key way to prevent suicidality and isolation. “I believe that when each part of a community system works together, everyone benefits. Young people have the best ideas and want to be heard. All Together Now gives every person that chance to be seen and heard and to feel a sense of belonging by letting youth lead the way.” Stefani loves to travel and the color purple!
